 | Federal Programs is responsible for managing all federal programs for the district, which includes Title I, Title II, Title III, Title, Title VI, and Title IX. Each program contributes to the education of every child in the Roanoke City School system. Handley Middle School is in school improvement delayed and handley high school is in school improvement. Both schools will be offering free after school help.
