TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM

1.  All transcript requests require a "Transcript Record Form" to be completed.  The transcript form can be accessed at the left or picked up in the front office at Handley High School.  This form can be mailed or delivered to Handley High School with a $2.00  fee per transcript. Make sure to complete all the information on the form.

2.  Records/Transcripts may be requested at anytime, however, they will only be mailed or be available for pick-up each week on Thursdays after 11:00 A.M. (CST) Emergency transcript requests will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.
